The Board of Directors of the Stonewall Foundation of Greater Sacramento (SFGS) respects concerns about maintaining the privacy of any information provided while visiting our website. To better serve our supporters and interested community members, SFGS has established this policy. A. Donor Privacy - Stonewall Foundation of Greater Sacramento will not trade or sell donors' personal information such as email, physical address, or phone numbers with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations. This refers to all information received both online and offline.
B. Website Privacy - Like most websites, SFGS gathers certain information automatically to store in log files. (e.g., internet protocol addresses, browser types, internet service providers, referring/exit pages, operating systems, date/time stamp). This data analyzes trends and movements around the website but does not identify individual users.
- Personal information is collected from our website visitors when donating, registering, subscribing to a newsletter, or responding to an email or survey on our site. Visitors may be asked to enter name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other details to help with their experience and:
a. to administer a promotion, survey or other site feature;
b. to quickly process your transactions; and
c. to improve our web site with feedback from visitors
C. Protecting Information - SFGS's website is scanned regularly for security holes and known vulnerabilities. All transactions are processed through a third-party provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
